We surprised Carston and Karys with a trip to Disney World with PaPaw and Grandma! We woke them up early bags packed and ready to go! They were so excited! I loved watching their faces as we gave them surprise after surprise!
We hit the floor running once we arrived in Florida! First on the agenda Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! They were shocked when we pulled out their Halloween costumes. By the time we got the park at 8, Karys was asleep! Her first time at Disney and she was out like a light! We let her take a two hour nap and then woke her up to play! She was ready to go after her nap!

Carston was ready to go as soon as we got in the park! Who needs rest!! So off Carston, mommy and daddy went! PaPaw and Grandma volunteered to sit with Karys while she got her "Beauty Rest" Everyone enjoyed Magic Kingdom and had a list of favorities! Carston loved Buzz Light Year, Go-Carts, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan, People Mover and Jungle Cruise. Karys LOVED, LOVED It's a Small World (I can still hear this song), Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan.
After a two hour nap the Princess was rested and ready to go!
The VERY MOST important thing in Karys' book was princesses! She wanted to see them and she didn't care how long she had to wait! Who needs fabulous rides and shows?!?

Cinderella's Not So Scary Halloween Castle. I don't think a picture can do it justice. The castle is AMAZING!
Here are a few pictures from our day at Animal Kingdom. Carston made it very clear that he wanted NO part of any princesses. We tried to convince him to take some pictures with Karys but he was adamant that boys don't like princesses! Karys on the other hand was adamant that princesses were #1 on her agenda! She woke up talking princesses! We really enjoyed the Safari Cruise and the Lion King Show.
We spent a day at Hollywood Studios. We watched a lot of shows and parades. There are very few rides that were appropriate for us! But it's always a fun day if the word Disney is involved!!

And lastly a day at Epcot! Again not the most age appropriate park for us but we managed to squeeze in a day of fun! Carston loved the Viking ride, Spaceship Earth and Soaring! Karys loved Nemo...well except for when that giant scary fish came out!!!
This picture says it all. A Princess and her Viking!
| I just LOVE this picture |

We were able to attend the new Fantasyland's Dress Rehearsal. They have a few rides open and an amazing new restaurant called Be Our Guest. The restaurant is decorated like the Beast's castle and it is breath taking! They did an amazing job with this restaurant! The only downfall....we were exhausted! Both Carston and Karys fell asleep at dinner! Guess we have to go back...sigh!
And this is what Cinderella's Castle looks like at Christmas! It was breathtaking!! When can we go back?!
This is the only family picture we managed to get! I think it's a great picture!! I loved experiencing this first with my little family of four!! We had such a blast with Chad's parents and are so thankful that they took us!! How blessed are we!
