Ezski

We bought a new toy this week for Chad I mean Carston and Karys.  The Ezski!  It is a training tool to help kids gain confidence in the water and teach basic skills for skiing.  Carston and Karys were shockingly ready to jump right on!  I was more worried about it then they were!  Carston loves it and wants to go again and again!  Karys enjoys it but after a minute she is done.  It takes more time to get her on and situated then she actually stays on!

It takes Karys a little while to get confident enough to stand up and as soon as she stands up she rides for about 30 seconds and then she is done!

So brave!

Carston pops up instantly!  Constantly flashing us a thumbs up!  He loves it and begs to go to the lake every day!  Which Chad LOVES!!

 

We went to the lake on Friday with KiKi, Quentin, Ty and Blake.  All of the boys tried to Ezski but all 3 of the boys were dying to play with the big toys!  All 3 of the boys successfully got up on the wake board!  Even KiKi got out there!

Ty popped right up on the second time he did amazing and he was so confident!

 

 Quentin loved getting out in the lake!  It took Quentin a little bit to figure out everything perfectly but as soon as he got a feel for it he was awesome!  He even made it over the wake of the boat!  He had a few wobbles but amazingly held it together and stayed up!

We didn't get any pictures of Blake!  Bummer...guess that means we have to go back again!  Soon!!

And REALLY bummed we missed out on KiKi's picture.  There was a lot of pinching the nose as she prepared to go in the water!  It was greatness!

Have I mentioned that Karys does NOT love being outside!  It is just not her thing!  She would rather be playing babies or dress up.  After about an hour on the lake she is ready to go home!  

I guess this is fun!

A great ending to a fabulous day at the lake!!
